When will I receive my order?
As a small business, we typically need 1–2 business days to process and dispatch your order once it’s confirmed.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–4 days, and faster options are available for a small additional cost.
You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received any updates after 7 days, please get in touch with us.

Do you deliver to my location?
At the moment, we deliver to selected areas within the UK. As we grow, we may consider international delivery in the future.
Please note that some UK locations may not be covered, or delivery times may vary if our delivery partners do not have regular service in those areas. We kindly ask you to check our Shipping Policy before you placed your order.
An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
We kindly ask our customers to inspect their orders upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if they receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days so we can resolve the issue.
You may be asked to provide receipt and image as a proof.

What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Once your return is approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
