Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Once your return is approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days so we can resolve the issue.

How to return?
To start a return, you would need to contact us at

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions on how to send your items back. You will then need to return the requested items to our warehouse within 14 days. Please do not return items without first requesting a return, as we cannot accept unsolicited parcels.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, or keeping proof of postage. We cannot process refunds for parcels lost in transit or received after the 14-day return period.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We accept return for most items, except:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sealed items restricted for safety/hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., certain pens or art supplies if they come in sealed packaging)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Standard delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned, or if the return is due to an item being faulty, damaged, or sent in error. Express or upgraded delivery costs are not refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiry@minormeetsmajor.com.
