This zine is created for tofu lovers — an enriched edition based on Vol. 1. It presents a comprehensive narrative, exploring the origins and global spread of tofu. The zine also includes contents about scientific debates around tofu, comparisons in the way of making in different countries and a virtual tour of selected historic tofu shops in Hong Kong and Japan. It concludes with a complete tofu-themed menu, featuring 16 recipes of selected tofu dishes from across Asia. Fully accompanied with the watercolour illustrations by the author.
